Order Processing

Every Cavali piece is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

United States & Worldwide

Orders are processed in 1–6 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipping. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Cavali is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
